This bushing is press-fit into the Tilt Cylinder Rod Ends. These bushings wear out over time causing a lot of play in your Bob-Tach. Replacing these bushings is required and will keep your machine operating like new.
These are hardened bushings and can easily be removed with a torch or air arc. This will greatly reduce the time needed to remove the old bushings. In certain cases of excessive wear these can be welded in as well.

The Handle Spring keeps the handles in the ‘up’ position and keeps the handles tight. Replacing the Handle Springs will help make your Bob-Tach operate like new.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Bobcat uses two (2) different handle springs. One is long, one is short. This is the short one with only 3 coil windings.
The Compression Spring fits between the Wedge and your Quick-Attach Handle. These springs put pressure on the wedges to hold your attachment/s securely to your machine.
The springs simply wear out over time… Replacing them can help your Bob-Tach operate like new again.
This bushing is welded into your Bob-Tach. The bushings eventually wear out causing a lot of play in your Bob-Tach. Replacing these weld-on bushings is a lot cheaper than buying a new Bob-Tach.
