This bushing is welded into your Loader Arm’s tapered pivot pin locations. The tapered holes wear out over time, not allowing for the tapered pivot pins to stay tight.
Replacing these bushings is a whole lot less expensive than buying a new Loader Arm Assembly.
A common failure of a Bobcat® Bob-Tach is the top portion of the Bob-Tach. OEM Material thickness is only ¼” – they simply wear thin, bend and eventually break over time. When this happens your attachments will fit loosely or fall off of your machine.
With this Repair Panel Plate Kit from River Valley Machine, you can replace these portions of your Bob-Tach to help make it appear & operate like new again, without spending $1300+ buying a new Bob-Tach.
When sitting inside your machine, this is for the Right Side panel.
The Handle Spring keeps the handles in the ‘up’ position and keeps the handles tight. Replacing the Handle Springs will help make your Bob-Tach operate like new.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Bobcat uses two (2) different handle springs. One is long, one is short. This is the short one with only 3 coil windings.
