This bushing is welded onto your loader arm Tapered Pivot Pin locations.
The Tapered Holes wear out over time not allowing for the Tapered Pivot Pins to stay tight. Replacing these is a lot cheaper than buying a new Loader Arm Assembly.

These bushings can also be used to reduce current 1.5″ OD pins to accommodate 1.25″ OD Bolt / Pins.
