This bushing comes welded into the Tapered Pivot Pin locations on your Loader’s Lift Arm. The holes are tapered internally for the holes in the Bob-Tach attachment mounting system to help reduce vibration. However, the tapered holes simply wear out over time not allowing for the Pivot Pins to stay tight.
Replacing these bushings is a whole lot less expensive than buying a new Loader Arm Assembly!
