This bushing is press-fit into Tilt Cylinder Rod Ends. In certain cases of excessive wear these can be welded in as well. Bushings simply wear out over time causing a lot of play in your Bob-Tach. Replacing these Bushings is required and will keep your machine operating like new.
These are hardened bushings and can easily be removed with a torch or air arc. This will greatly reduce the time needed to remove the old bushings.

This Pivot Pin is used between the Lower Tilt Cylinder and your Bobcat® Bob-Tach.
This is a solid pivot pin – the pin does not have a grease zerk hole.
A common failure of a Bobcat® Bob-Tach is the top portion of the Bob-Tach. OEM Material thickness is only ¼” – they simply wear thin, bend and eventually break over time. When this happens your attachments will fit loosely or fall off of your machine.
