One of the most common failures of a Bobcat Bob-Tach is the top portion of the Bob-Tach itself – OEM material thickness is only 1/4″ – they simply wear thin, bend and break over time. When this happens your attachments will fit loosely or fall off of your machine.
With our RVM Rebuild & Repair Panel Kit, you can replace these portions of your Bob-Tach to help make it appear & operate like new again – without spending $1300+ buying a new Bob-Tach.
Stock Photo of Bobcat 853, except this adapter mounts to the outside of Boom Arm the same as OEM.
Uses All OEM Compatible Parts which are available from RVM or your local Bobcat Dealer
Made In the USA by RVM, Not China
Upgrades include, 3/8 Top Ears and Faceplates vs OEM 1/4″, increased steel strength, 4 1/2″ Thick verticals vs OEM 1/4″, reinforced top ears, hardened bushings, Heavy Duty torque tube with 1/2″ Wall thickness to eliminate twisting and bending, with powder coat finish. Gauranteed to outlast an OEM Bob-Tach with a much better price.
Our Heavy-Duty Quick-Attach Adapter is built to similar specifications w/ material thickness similar to a T300. This Quick-Attach Adapter weighs 25 lbs. heavier than stock adapter.
Our Kit will be shipped with all handles, springs, wedges, and new bushings. Does not include tilt cylinder pins, loader arm pins, nor power Bob-Tach cylinder.
The Compression Spring fits between the Wedge and your Quick-Attach Handle. These springs put pressure on the wedges to hold your attachment/s securely to your machine.
The springs simply wear out over time… Replacing them can help your Bob-Tach operate like new again.
The Pivot Wedge works between the universal quick-attach handle and the wedge pin.
The Handle Spring keeps the handles in the ‘up’ position and keeps the handles tight. Replacing the Handle Springs will help make your Bob-Tach operate like new.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Bobcat uses two (2) different handle springs. One is long, one is short. This is the short one with only 3 coil windings.
